KCCLT has various opportunities for individuals and organizations to volunteer. From Landscaping to painting to door knocking and graphic design, there are countless ways you can help KCCLT create a culturally, economically and ethnically thriving community for generations to come!
Join the KCCLT Board
We need you! KCCLT is looking for diverse and dynamic board members who are informed and passionate about equitable housing development. KCCLT is particularly seeking those who reside within the Marlborough neighborhood and may have knowledge/interest in real estate, marketing, non-profit management, fundraising, and accounting.
Some of our exciting projects include supporting the building of four new affordable homes and rehabilitating two or more this year, developing a decommissioned elementary school into a mixed-use facility, and providing education on Community Land Trusts for local organizations.

Internship
Our interns get great experience in all aspects of developing affordable housing, including construction management, law, social services, real estate development, financing, and marketing. If you are a student looking for experience in any of the above, please send us your resume!
